Your tenants.

Viewings, application and selection.

We hold viewings by appointment only. Our property managers always accompany tenants to all viewings and invite only a small selection of tenants to each viewing. We have the opportunity then to meet them all in person, discuss the house and its features and also understand their situation, requirements and suitability. Your prospective tenants can also book online to register for a viewing.

Tenants MUST complete a Glovers Property Management application form and provide us with their full name, DOB, current and past credentials, driver’s license and consent to perform checks on them. We screen all interested applicants from the very first contact right through to them signing a tenancy agreement.

We only approve a tenant once we have performed all checks and are satisfied that they are the best candidate for your property.

What are tenants’ move-in costs?

Tenants are required to pay the following:

  • Up to two weeks rent in advance
  • Four weeks rent for bond
  • Letting Fee

Who does the tenant pay the rent to?

All tenants pay the rent into the Glovers Property Management rental trust account. The trust account ensures the tenants pay correctly from start to finish. The trust account is independently audited three times every year.

What happens when a tenant wants to move out?

We require written notification. Once this is received and confirmed we provide the correct end of tenancy paperwork including a checklist of things for them to do to release their bond and a copy of the first inspection form. After informing the owners of the notice we will commence advertising for new tenants to avoid any tenancy vacancy costs.
