In October 1983 Glover Real Estate sold their first home for the princely sum of $100,000. Bill and Donna Glover had set up their first office in the leafy suburb of Titirangi and over the following years successfully established themselves as one of the best known local real estate agencies. 

Over time, however, they became increasingly disheartened with the direction in which the real estate industry was heading and felt there was a need for a drastic change. 

When they became aware of a better alternative through the Pittard system and what it would do for their buyers, sellers, salespeople and business, they were thrilled to find a way to escape from the auction / vendor paid advertising / open home treadmill, and so the system was embraced whole heartedly by Glover Real Estate. 

In 2012 Donna and Bill decided to take their well earned retirement and were especially pleased to be able to hand over the ownership of the business to the new directors as they were all members of the existing sales and management team.

Kay Niepold, Sam Bellairs and Simon Bradley took over the business at the end of January 2013 with between them over 75 years of combined experience in sales and management . Working side-by-side with their teams every day, they conduct business in the same ethical manner with the same systems and procedures as before, whilst always looking to improve and move the business forward with renewed energy, focus and enthusiasm.

We live in West Auckland too, have done for a good 30 years now. And even though we’ve successfully built ourselves a great reputation in real estate, we never set out to build an empire; right from the beginning we just wanted to do right by our neighbours – get the best price in the optimum time with the minimum fuss.
